I'm here to tell you, my friends, I have found the procedural fountain of youth! The Forever Young BBL created by Dr. Bitters. Google or Youtube this man and your jaw will drop when you find out his real age. I recently had the opportunity to study with him at the Sciton Preceptorship and was blown away by his knowledge and skillset when it comes to the art of light.

The Forever Young BBL uses different depths of light to reduce redness, stubborn brown pigmentation and soften fine lines in wrinkles. This procedure does more for aging skin, which we all have no matter what your age than any other product or procedure I have ever been privy to! Just 3-5 treatments a year that offer little to no downtime will enhance and correct your biggest concerns. Pricing depends on what area or areas you're treating and range from 300-800 per treatment.

Don't forget the importance of vetting your laser technician and the facility where you'll be having the procedure done! Make sure that they are using the Sciton Joule the best platform on the planet...

Depending on your age you may or may not recall the smell of Seabreeze and rubbing alcohol. In my valiant effort to control my oil as a young teenager, these were my go-to products. My theory was to control the oil equals eliminate the blackheads. Little did I know I was making matters worse my dehydrating my skin and stripping it from its protective barrier called the acid mantle. Now that I know better, I’ll share my knowledge with you…

Sulfur is where it’s at! My fave product is the Glytone Sulfur Mask. This amazing product retails for less than 40 dollars and addresses the oil control along with the addition of resorcinol that gives it the 1-2 punch when it comes to calming oil production. Prevention is the key and maintenance is your golden ticket to healthy, beautiful skin!

I love the look of a tan just like you but working in Dermatology for over 10 years has brought to light (no pun intended) how much damage excessive sunning and tanning beds can cause for its unsuspecting victims. I'm always on the hunt for an easy to apply natural-looking self-tanner for my fair skin. My latest find is called Self Tan Luxe Dry Oil by St. Tropez. Effortlessly apply this citrus smelling oil for a quick instant natural glow that drys in a flash and has you looking like you've just returned from a beach vacation! The below link has a video to help master the art of application...
